Karena kebiasaan orang-orang Quraisy,

106:2 إِۦلَٰفِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ ٱلشِّتَآءِ وَٱلصَّيْفِ
(yaitu) kebiasaan mereka bepergian pada musim dingin dan musim panas.926)
Translation notes *926) Orang Quraisy biasa mengadakan perjalanan terutama untuk berdagang ke negeri Syam pada musim panas dan ke negeri Yaman pada musim dingin. Dalam perjalanan itu mereka mendapat jaminan keamanan dari penguasa negeri-negeri yang dilaluinya. Ini adalah suatu nikmat yang sangat besar dari Allah kepada mereka. Oleh karena itu sewajarnyalah mereka menyembah Allah yang telah memberikan nikmat itu kepada mereka.
For their taming (We cause) the caravans to set forth in winter and summer

106:3 فَلْيَعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّ هَٰذَا ٱلْبَيْتِ
Maka hendaklah mereka menyembah Tuhan (pemilik) rumah ini (Ka'bah),
So let them worship the Lord of this House

106:4 ٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعٍ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنْ خَوْفٍۭ
yang telah memberi makanan kepada mereka untuk menghilangkan lapar dan mengamankan mereka dari rasa ketakutan.
Who hath fed them against hunger and hath made them safe from fear
